Whenever fees are paid to Enterclimate, the advance fees are retained by Enterclimate. Enterclimate will recover the payments after the completion of work on a client’s issue. Throughout the engagement, Enterclimate receives the fees at multiple rates and the time period based on the completion of various breakthroughs (e.g. Government fees payment, Filing of forms, Travelling etc).
Refunds will not be issued for the non-refundable resources and man-hours used to provide the service. Moreover, we will be unable to refund or credit any money paid to government bodies, such as filing fees or taxes, or any other third parties involved in the execution of your transaction
Enterclimate will respond to refund requests sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. All rebate requests must be submitted within ten days of the purchase date. We will process your repayment request within 30 business days of obtaining all relevant information, such as the cause for the rebate, bank details for the processing request, and so on.
If you need to modify a service you ordered for an unusual cause, you must do it within the time structure of ten days of placing the order. The original order cost of the service, less any earned/professional fees payable to Enterclimate for acquiring services, plus any payment or money made to government agencies, like government fees, filing fees, or taxes, or to third parties involved in taking your order further, will be credited to fresh service request as raised with Enterclimate.
Enterclimate has established a standardized pricing policy for numerous services, and clients of all categories can select a service that meets their needs. Prices are liable to change based on a state's territorial jurisdiction, the type and the number of services provided to the client.
We reserve the right to bring modifications to the pricing listed on our website at any moment, but this will not affect previous contracts that have already been placed. Our pricing policy does not apply to an increase in the total cost paid by the client to Enterclimate due to an increase in government fees or expenses incurred due to resubmission, rejection, or completion of legal documents by the government. We are not responsible for any additional costs the client makes to execute the service.
Prices on the website may occasionally be wrongly quoted; as a result, we will examine the costs as part of our selling policy to ensure that the accurate price is communicated before the contract come into force.
We cannot guarantee the outcome or end result in your favour every time. For example, the government may reject a DPCC consent application for legal reasons that are outside the scope of Enterclimate service. In some circumstances, government difficulties or backlogs with government websites (e.g., state pollution, MSTC, central pollution website, and so on) can result in lengthy delays until your procedure is completed. Enterclimate does not guarantee the outcomes of services supplied by our Service Officer or Experts from the nearest platform(s), whom Enterclimate does not employ. Such issues are beyond our control and are not covered by our guarantee or eligible for a refund. As a result, a delay in processing your file by government agencies cannot be used to claim a reimbursement.
Enterclimate shall not be responsible to the client for any failure to comply with acts beyond its reasonable control, which include acts of god, terrorist acts, shortages of supply, or malfunction of computer systems, breakdowns or disruptions in government actions, or loss of data due to power outages or mechanical problems with retrieval systems, labour difficulties, war or civil disorder.
We only consider refund requests where the client is dissatisfied with our service and no work has been initiated by us in delivering the service because we incur expenses and dedicate our time, manpower, technical resources and effort to provide you with a satisfactory service. We do not evaluate. We do not accept refund claims made by you because of a change in your mindset. If you want us to hold the process of a service, we will hold the payments you paid until you are ready to begin the service.
Before evaluating any refund request, our team will do everything possible to fulfil the service. However, if you are disappointed with our service and there is a genuine reason for non-performance of service, a refund will be provided after deducting cancellation charges (20% of professional fees payable to us for availing services along with the government fees). In the event of a service change, there will be no cancellation fees.
